Conditions of Use

The services that will be provided by Online Classmate are subject to the conditions stated in this document. Everytime a purchase is made, it is presumed that you accept the following conditions.

Privacy Policy

Online Classmate agrees that it will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report, or use, for any purpose, any Confidential Information that will be obtained, except with your authorization or as required by law. The obligations of confidentiality will apply during the Term and will survive indefinitely upon termination of the service. 

All written and oral information and material you will disclose or provide to Online Classmate under this Agreement are Confidential Information.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property and related material that will be developed or produced as products/outputs of the service shall be considered a “work made for hire” and will be under your sole property and your use will not be restricted in any manner. In short, you are entitled to every material produced by Online Classmate under your service. This ensures that Online Classmates materials are consistently original and are never reused or recycled. 

Online Classmate reserves no right to the Intellectual Property for any purpose other than that of what is expected arising from the purchase of the service, except with your written/electronic consent. Online Classmate will be responsible for any and all damages resulting from the unauthorized use of the Intellectual Property.

Communications

The entire communication with us is electronic. Every time you send us an email or visit our website, you are going to be communicating with us. You hereby consent to receive communications from us. We will continue to communicate with you by posting news and notices on our website and by sending you emails. 

Ease of communication is important to us and Online Classmate wants to give you the best experience necessary for the success of our service. And with its equal importance, we acknowledge that your security shall not be compromised. Hence, with all the measures that our team has placed, we impose that all communication shall be through electronic and may be in platforms that we deemed safe and secured for both parties’ interests. You also agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications we provide to you electronically meet the legal requirements.

Online Classmate will provide a Service Agreement document that shall govern all rules and important clauses of the service/s purchased.
